Business Details
We have been delivering specialist support for people with disabilities for many years, building a reputation for reliability and excellence. Our centre of excellence for autism is recognised with Advanced Accreditation from the National Autistic Society, confirming the highest professional standards. We design and run Further Education, Day Services, Independent Living and Pathways programmes that equip learners with practical skills and confidence. Each programme is created by experienced educators and therapists who understand the unique challenges faced by our learners. We solve complex accessibility and learning needs by integrating sensoryrich environments, assistive technology and personalised counselling.

Our staff adhere to rigorous safeguarding policies and continuously update their expertise through professional development. We measure success through clear outcomes such as employment placement, independent living readiness and improved mental wellbeing. The recent donation of 100 laptops from Capita has enhanced our digital inclusion capabilities for all learners. Our Chief Executive Officer, Dr Mark Dale, was honoured with an MBE for his contributions to disability education. We maintain transparent operations, directing all profits back into the charity to expand services for the community. Client satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do, and we regularly seek feedback to refine our programmes.
