Just want to say a big thank you to Lauren for looking after me today, my first visit to the dentist since before the pandemic! Lauren explained everything thoroughly and was extremely kind and caring carrying out a scale and polish for me. This is the best dental center I've ever been to. I am typically a very anxious patient (due to nerves and autism) and the staff and Julia are absolutely fantastic with me every time. So comforting and helpful.

I like to know what's going on during my appointments and Julia talks me though all of it and during my recent tooth removal I was kept informed the whole time of what was happening and the progress. The reception staff are all so lovely at putting my mind at ease and so so friendly.
100% reccomend Thackerys to anyone and everyone. they are wonderful.
