I contacted Johnson's and they were friendly and helpful right from the start. I purchased a bracelet with a minor length adjustment. The service we received was the best by far. We bought a Rolex and they upheld their promise. We had also visited other stores but got nowhere. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be making more purchases here.
