I was having problems with a lock on my new front door which I was struggling to open - or I thought I was!!
WYW arranged for one of their engineers to visit me the very next day. Even though I did say that it's probably user error they did not hesitate to send someone to sort it. Excellent customer service, which is rare in today's society. Would totally recommend for both product and after sales care.

We knew exactly where we were with West Yorkshire Windows from the minute we reported the problem to Dawn to the end of the job which Richard sorted expertly. Dawn is just who you want to deal with when you have an issue, she is friendly, lovely to speak to, understanding and very helpful. The prompt follow up emails and texts made sure we knew what was happening. Richard, who came to do the repair, is a lovely gentleman, courteous, professional, friendly and respectful. We were very happy with the work he did and felt comfortable to have him in our home. I would definitely recommend West Yorkshire Windows after care service.

We have used WYW twice now & are delighted with our door and windows. If we encountered a problem it was sorted quickly without fuss or drama. A special thank you to Dawn in the customer service team who organised everything & kept us informed throughout. They even replaced an item that was just out of warranty. Great company - i would definitely recommend!
