Stockton Town Football Club - History, Fixtures & Community Engagement
Stockton Town Football Club stands as a testament to community-driven growth and dedication to grassroots football. Founded in 1979 as Hartburn Juniors, the club has evolved into a cornerstone of local sports, proudly representing Stockton-on-Tees. Our journey from a junior football club to a senior team competing in the Northern Premier League reflects an unwavering commitment to nurturing local talent and fostering a passion for the game. Over the decades, significant investments, including a 1.4 million facility upgrade in 2008, have enabled us to develop state-of-the-art training and match facilities, including a 3G stadium. Our success on the field, including multiple league titles and historic FA Vase appearances, underscores our competitive spirit and dedication to excellence. As a community-focused organization, we prioritize youth development, offering programs that bridge grassroots participation and professional pathways. Our partnerships with local schools and institutions highlight our role in promoting physical and social well-being. With a loyal fanbase and record-breaking attendances, we continue to build a legacy that transcends sport.
