Services
Toolmaking
Our toolmaking service creates precision press tools and injection mould tooling for diverse manufacturing needs. Skilled engineers produce custom jigs, fixtures, and tooling solutions that enhance production efficiency. With in-house capabilities spanning prototype development to batch production, we support both customer-owned tooling and integrated manufacturing processes.
CNC Machining
Advanced CNC machining delivers high-accuracy components using multi-axis milling and turning centres. We handle complex geometries in aluminium and other metals, utilising Hurco and HAAS equipment for tight tolerances. Our capabilities include 3+1 axis routing for extrusions up to 5.5m in length with automated fixturing systems.
Injection Moulding
Injection moulding services operate with Arburg machines from 25-100 ton clamping capacity. We support short-run prototyping and long-term production using stocked polymers and custom colours. Full post-processing includes despruing, quality checks, and tailored packaging solutions for finished components.
Presswork
Our press shop handles 6-25 ton operations for producing structural components like corner cleats and fixing lugs. Automated coil feeding and manual positioning options accommodate various production requirements. Custom hydraulic fixtures enhance extrusion processing capabilities.
Aluminium Routing
Specialist aluminium routing uses Mecal Kosmos machines for 6m extrusion processing. Dynamic clamping systems secure complex profiles while enabling drilling, tapping, and slotting operations. CAD-integrated programming ensures precision in machining angled or irregular extrusion features.
