Services
Turned Components
Our advanced CNC turning facilities produce precision components with diameters from 1mm to 200mm. Using multi-axis sliding-head and fixed-head machines, we deliver one-hit machining solutions for aerospace and high-tech sectors. Our capabilities ensure tight tolerances and consistent quality across complex geometries.
Milled Components
We offer 3, 4 and 5-axis milling with multi-pallet vertical machining centres. This enables prismatic component production for telecommunications and opto-electronic applications. Our milling services support complex 3D shapes with high accuracy and surface finish quality.
Precision Assemblies
We provide fully assembled components or kits to specification, including secondary operations like grinding and subcontract process management. This total solution approach reduces customer lead times and ensures complete quality control from raw material to finished product.
Inspection Services
Our dedicated quality team uses CMM/OGP systems for first-off and final inspections. We maintain full product traceability and non-conformance management processes to guarantee compliance with AS9100 Rev D standards across all production batches.
Manufacturing Partnerships
We work closely with customers on R&D projects, transforming concept drawings into precision components. Our partnership approach includes design advice, process optimisation, and flexible production from small batches to large-scale runs with scheduled deliveries.
