What are your cancellation policies?
We charge a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice to ensure fair access for all clients.
Are there parking facilities available?
No direct parking exists at the centre. Use nearby Sainsburys car parks, street parking, or 60-minute free spaces on Station Road.
Do you accommodate mobility-impaired clients?
Yes, we have a ground-floor treatment room and WC. Note there are three steps to access the centre itself.
Can I get a refund if treatment isn't suitable?
We offer free initial consultations to assess suitability. Refunds depend on individual arrangements made with your practitioner.
How much does room rental cost?
Therapy room hire ranges from £7 to £12 per hour depending on package options and usage requirements.
