What delivery options are available?
Orders over £1200 qualify for free delivery within 24-48 hours. Smaller orders incur a £50 charge for Northern Ireland and Ireland. Saturday and timed deliveries available upon request.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers and credit card payments with a 2.5% surcharge. Orders are dispatched upon payment clearance through card authorisation or cheque processing.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order value is £1200 for England, Scotland, and Wales. Northern Ireland and Ireland require £1200 with a £50 delivery charge. Minimum per item is one carton.
Do you serve businesses outside the UK?
We primarily serve the UK and Ireland. For international orders, we can arrange bespoke delivery solutions including off-shore shipping options through our logistics partners.
