Glasgow Hutchesons' Aloysians GHA RFC - Scotlands Premier Rugby Club
Glasgow Hutchesons' Aloysians GHA RFC stands as one of Scotland's premier rugby organisations, rooted in Glasgow's southside since its formation in 2002 through the merger of Glasgow Southern RFC and Hutchesons Aloysians RFC. Our heritage traces back to Clarkston RFC, established in 1937, and the former pupils' clubs of Hutchesons Grammar School and St Aloysius College. We pride ourselves on nurturing talent across all age groups, from junior development to senior national league competition, while maintaining Braidholm as our historic home ground. Our facilities include three pitches, floodlights, a 450-seater stand, and a state-of-the-art clubhouse opened in 2002.Recognised as champions in the 2024/25 National League 1 and Scottish Cup, we combine competitive excellence with community engagement through initiatives like our Charity Partnership with Cash for Kids. With over two decades of operation, our board of experienced directors oversees strategic growth while preserving our core values of inclusivity and sporting integrity. Our team of certified coaches and administrators ensures professional standards in player welfare, match organisation, and facility management.
