Physiotherapy
Our physiotherapy services address musculoskeletal conditions through comprehensive assessments and tailored treatment plans. Utilising manual therapy, electrotherapy, and exercise programmes, we treat patients from initial injury to full recovery. Each 40-minute session focuses on improving mobility, reducing pain, and preventing future injuries through evidence-based techniques.
Sports Injuries
Specialist treatment for sports-related injuries including ligament sprains, muscle strains, and post-operative rehabilitation. Our physiotherapists employ profiling sessions to identify weaknesses and develop prehabilitation programmes. With experience supporting professional athletes, we ensure safe return-to-sport protocols and performance enhancement strategies for all activity levels.
Osteoarthritis Treatment
Comprehensive management of osteoarthritis symptoms through tailored exercise programmes, manual therapy, and symptom relief techniques. We provide education on self-management strategies, including posture correction and use of supportive devices. Treatment aims to improve joint function, reduce pain, and delay progression of degenerative changes in weight-bearing and non-weight-bearing joints.
Paediatric Physiotherapy
Specialised physiotherapy for children aged 0-18 with developmental delays or neurological conditions. Using Bobath techniques and sensory integration, we improve motor skills and independence. Treatment includes hippotherapy options and school/home visit services, working alongside NHS partners to align with GIRFEC regulations for holistic child development.
Vestibular Rehabilitation
Specialist treatment for dizziness and balance disorders caused by inner ear dysfunction. Our clinical specialists use targeted exercises and manual techniques to improve vestibular function. This service includes collaboration with ENT consultants and neurologists to develop individualised programmes that enhance stability and reduce vertigo symptoms.
