I broke my numerous bone 18 months ago. covid put paid to the limited physio I received. so contacted Elaine @ Steina and have received 6 hands on physio sessions and acupuncture.
she game me a personalised physio programme on a fabulous little app to help at home in between appointments. Elaine is such a lovely girl. extremely knowledgeable at her occupation. I can honestly say I gave really benefited from the sessions I've had. would highly recommend her. thanks for all your help Elaine.
