CNC Machining
Our machining division offers high-speed milling, drilling, and 5-axis CNC capabilities for components up to 1800 tonnes. Twin pallet machining centres ensure accuracy in both one-off prototypes and batch production. Full inspection facilities provide quality assurance with Faro reports.
Welding & Fabrication
Specialist welding services certified to ISO 3834-2 and EN 15085 standards for rail and offshore sectors. We fabricate Armox, stainless steel, and carbon steel components using international welding engineers. Capabilities include bespoke sculptures and structural bridges.
Material Bending
Our 1800-tonne press forms materials up to 110mm thickness with precision. Skilled operators handle one-off projects and volume batch work, creating complex shapes for industrial machinery and construction equipment.
Shop Assembly & Testing
We provide full assembly and functional testing of mechanical systems before delivery. Factory acceptance tests with client personnel ensure operational readiness. Comprehensive documentation includes dimensional records and test reports.
