We took suzuki Grand vitara in for a new dpf filter. they supplied and fitted a substandard part, invioce claimed they fitted a new cat which they did not, as cat is genuine suzuki original part. They actuly replaced the partical filter, with one that has been found to be 3" shorter than the spec that it should have been. This has only come to light as we have have to replace the filter again.
This in turn caused 2 turbo failures. the filter they supplied colapsed after only 15k. Blocked the exhaust and blew turbo's. With have now had to replace filter. We would never use them again. Beware

My van had broken down before Xmas, the third party company that deals with my breakdowns that sent it to a garage for 3 weeks that gave 5 different faults with the van. Unhappy about this I had arrange for my van to go to GR autos and they had it diagnosed and repaired in no time. Would recommend this company to anyone. Great management and fantastic mechanics that do a job well done.

I've just used GR Autos for the first time since moving to the area. Excellent service and a really friendly team. My car failed its MOT and they did all the repairs quickly and at a reasonable price...and retested my car. I will definitely be using them again in future!
