After years of using a well known high street brand and having experienced hit and miss customer service, I have switched all my eye care to Bramley Pope. You can not fault the service. It's super friendly and relaxed. Time is taken to explain how your prescription has altered, to finding the right solution for you whether it is new lenses or going through the entire stock to find a pair of glasses that will fit. Great service and advice from Mark and a very friendly team. I am really happy with my glasses, Mark knew exactly what style would suit me and took the time to fit them properly. This is my first pair of progressive lenses after being short sighted all my life. Mark gave me lots of advice about how the progressives differ from single vision and this made it much easier to adjust. For the first time in a long time I can actually see well at all distances. Thank you so much!
