How does the bespoke jewellery process work?
We begin with a consultation to discuss your ideas, followed by design sketches and material selection. Once approved, we create your piece in our Manchester studio, ensuring perfect fit and finish through multiple fittings.
What payment options are available?
We accept payments through PayPal for online purchases. For bespoke commissions, we require a 50% deposit with the balance due upon completion, payable by bank transfer or card.
What is your delivery timeframe?
Standard delivery takes 4-21 days. Bespoke commissions typically require 4-8 weeks depending on complexity, with regular progress updates provided throughout the creation process.
Can you work with heirloom jewellery?
Yes, we specialise in redesigning family heirlooms. Our experts assess existing pieces to create updated designs that preserve sentimental value while ensuring structural integrity and modern wearability.
Do you offer resizing services?
We provide resizing for rings made by us at a cost of £25 plus postage. Some designs may not be resizable due to their construction, which we'll advise on during consultation.
