After my father passed away we needed to have a stairlift removed. Most firms, including the original installers, wanted to charge for this. After a little searching I established contact with Belle who simply asked for some pictures and basic details from which she confirmed that free removal could be arranged, and that I would receive a payment as well. An appointment was made and Jack turned up promptly.

From my first conversation with Eve in Sales, through to the fitters Kieron and Luke, dads stairlift was installed within 48hrs.
