Forklift Sweeper Attachments
Our forklift sweeper attachments are heavy-duty steel units designed for industrial yards, offering reinforced durability and efficient debris removal. Built to last three times longer than standard brushes, they handle materials like building debris, snow, and metal scrap. Manufactured in the UK with 3mm steel and 6mm reinforcements, these attachments reduce maintenance costs while ensuring consistent performance in demanding environments.
Strip Brushes
Custom industrial strip brushes are available in widths from 2.5mm to 12.7mm, with filament diameters ranging from 0.15mm to 3.5mm. Suitable for draught proofing, cleaning, and recycling applications, they are made from materials like polypropylene, stainless steel, or animal hair. Optional aluminium or PVC holders enhance versatility for uses in conveyor systems, door seals, and food processing equipment.
Helical Brushes
Helical roller brushes are engineered for augers, water treatment, and food processing. Constructed with galvanised or stainless steel cores and filaments up to 4000mm in length, they provide efficient cleaning and material transfer. Available in 5mm to 11mm base widths, these brushes withstand heavy-duty use in recycling plants and industrial machinery with diameters up to 700mm.
Custom Brush Solutions
We design and manufacture fully customised brushes using Solidworks CAD software for precision prototyping. From hand-stitched brushes for water treatment to wire brush pads for oil and gas, our solutions meet exact specifications. In-house engineering ensures rapid production of unique designs, including non-standard sizes and specialist filaments like Hastelloy B3 for corrosion resistance.
Brush Rollers
Industrial brush rollers are machined to customer specifications with core diameters from 25mm to 700mm and lengths up to 4000mm. Used in glass cleaning, pharmaceuticals, and road sweepers, they feature helically wound strip brushes with filament options including nylon, polypropylene, and stainless steel. Repair and refurbishment services extend the lifespan of existing rollers for cost-effective maintenance.
