What are your opening hours?
We're open Tuesday-Thursday 10am-9pm, Friday 10am-9pm, Saturday 9:30am-3:30pm, and Sunday 12pm-5pm. Closed Mondays.
Do you offer online booking?
Yes, our 24/7 online booking system allows appointments anytime via our website or mobile app with rebooking options.
Are patch tests required?
Yes, 48-hour patch tests are mandatory for first-time eyebrow tints, Henna brows, and eyelash extensions to ensure safety.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit/debit cards including American Express, and valid gift cards. Cheques are not accepted.
Can I bring children to the salon?
Short visits are permitted if children remain seated, but longer treatments aren't recommended due to safety concerns and the need for a quiet environment.
