Services
CNC machining
Our CNC machining capabilities include lathes, vertical machining centres and horizontal boring machines. We offer precision engineering to exact specifications with capacities up to 400mm diameter and 3000mm length. Our equipment is programmed using Edgecam CADCAM software for maximum accuracy and efficiency.
Component fabrication
We provide comprehensive fabrication services including high definition plasma cutting up to 32mm thickness. Our capabilities include MIG, TIG and stick welding with both CNC and manual presses. We work with a variety of metals to produce complex components for diverse industrial applications.
Quality control
Our quality control procedures operate to BS EN ISO 9001:2008 standards. We have a Faro gage arm running Aberlink software and a comprehensive range of calibrated measuring equipment to ensure every component meets exacting specifications before delivery to our customers.
