We required a system to inform customers when their orders were ready for our busy cafe. A quick google search brought me to LRS UK. I was worried whether the system would work here in Ireland but from my initial inquiry, Phil has been a pleasure to deal with and I really appreciate the follow up calls from him to make sure we were happy with the product. We ordered the pager system with the coasters, and they have been the perfect solution to our busy cafe. I would have no problem in using this company again should our needs require us to do so.

We have been using the pager system at our busy outlets at the University of Sussex for over 5 years now. Long Range Systems are a very good at sorting issues out, had pager systems for first aid cover across are site of 600 people who work on site. Plus ordered man down radio's for lone works.

My company has used this system for almost a year now and it has vastly improved the service in our restaurants and cafes both in term so speed and efficiencywhich related to bottom line profits. Sometimes when you deal with a new company you do not know if they will take your concerns and any slight issues that you may have on board, but the Senior management at Long Range Systems have completely eliminated any concerns and shown me they they are a company that does care and will do what is needed to deliver great customer service and client satisfaction.
