Our primary product is Hire Purchase for motor vehicles, including; used cars, motorbikes and vans, however, we also offer Personal Loans to existing customers.

Got my car in April 2015 and have had amazing customer service from the beginning. Had an issue with the dealer and First Response were happy to step in and advised me what to do. First class customer service from the word go! Will definitely be using them again!

My partner add great reports about first response finance first time but after signing up with Martin lee car sales on 31st of August 2017 for a. Fiat panda4x4 & not able to tax it for four to five weeks is prep aired to get black listed to come out of agreement

Don't take any notice of the bad reviews, this is by far one of the most pleasant, easiest and friendliest experiences I have ever had. After looking for finance for a bike and being turned down due to my poor credit history, First Response Finance phoned me and actually spoke and listened to me, Jackie (Hope I spelt that right) was amazing and sorted my finance out, Terri as well.
