Questions
How do I choose the right rug for my home?
Bring room dimensions and photos to our showroom, or request a home visit. Our specialists consider lighting, existing decor, and foot traffic to recommend suitable options.
What cleaning process do you use for antique rugs?
Hand-cleaning with pH-balanced solutions preserves delicate fibres. We perform 'Persian washes' for deep cleaning and specialist treatments for silk or tribal rugs, avoiding machine processes that damage handmade pieces.
Do you offer valuation services for insurance purposes?
Yes, our valuations include detailed reports on rug origin, materials, and current market value. We charge a minimum £60 fee, with additional 3% charge for rugs valued over £500.
Can damaged rugs be repaired?
Our master weaver performs reweaving, fringe replacement, and stain removal. We assess each rug individually to determine repair feasibility and provide cost estimates before starting work.
Do you deliver rugs to customers' homes?
Yes, we offer delivery service for home trial selections. Delivery charges vary based on distance and rug size, with payment processed only after final purchase confirmation.
