Marcus is an exceptional guitar tutor. He combines excellent ability, enthusiasm, sensitivity of students needs, and progressive teaching techniques. He has transformed by son's guitar learning experience from something that had to be done to something he is genuinely excited about. It's been transformative!
Marcus has done this by taking a careful and thoughtful approach to what would work best for what my son wants in terms of progression.
This means lots of rock guitar and examples of shredding solos! The use of software is very productive. Games and tutorials maintains interests will building solid skills. The progress has been remarkable. More importantly my son has reconnected with his love of guitars and music. I would highly recommend Marcus as a guitar tutor.
