GRP Boat Repairs

Established in 1992, GRP Boat Repairs has built a reputation for excellence in the yachting industry. Our founder, Julian Willmott, brings over four decades of experience, having started his career repairing boats in 1978 and later expanding into construction and refurbishment projects. We specialise in boat damage repair, houseboat renovations, superyacht tender refurbishments, and pool and jacuzzi restorations, combining technical expertise with meticulous attention to detail. Our team travels globally to serve clients, offering both on-site and workshop-based solutions, supported by fully equipped facilities at Universal Marina near Southampton. With a focus on invisible repairs and seamless renovations, we work closely with marina operators, insurance companies, and private owners to deliver high-quality results.

Our commitment to client satisfaction is reflected in our 12-month warranty on all work and our ability to handle projects of any scale, from minor repairs to complete builds. Our expertise in gelcoat restoration, custom mouldings, and marine-specific design ensures every project meets exacting standards. We pride ourselves on adaptability, having expanded from traditional boat repairs to include innovative solutions for superyacht pools and houseboats. Our long-standing relationships with industry professionals and repeat clients underscore our dedication to reliability and excellence. Whether addressing emergency damage or executing planned renovations, we prioritise clear communication, timely delivery, and cost-effective solutions tailored to each client's needs.
