Our precision engineering department utilises CNC and conventional machinery for milling, turning, and grinding. Roll Rubber Covering
We apply specialised rubber compounds to rollers for industries including food, packaging, and PCB manufacturing. Services include regrinding existing rollers, journal end repairs, and precision grinding to 0.012mm tolerances. Custom compounds withstand temperatures up to 260C for demanding applications.
Fabrication & Welding
Our 26,000 sq ft facility handles fabrication jobs up to 7.5 tonnes in mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminium. Equipped with coded welders and advanced technology, we deliver precision tube assemblies and process piping systems for food, pharmaceutical, and petrochemical sectors.
