CNC Laser Cutting
Our 4kW fibre laser cutter handles materials up to 20mm steel and 12mm aluminium with 0.1mm precision. Capable of cutting exotic metals like titanium and brass, this technology enables rapid prototyping and production of complex components. Direct programming from 3D CAD files ensures seamless transition from design to manufacture.
Sheet Metal Forming
Advanced press brakes including the Xpert 100 2.5m machine form sheet metal from 1mm to 20mm thickness. Our capabilities include fine limit forming and heavy gauge bending for enclosures, brackets, and structural components. Solid model support ensures accurate replication of digital designs.
Welded Fabrications
Full-service welding shop with 14 bays for TIG, MIG, and spot welding. Qualified to BS4872 and BS EN 9606/1 standards, we handle ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Our capabilities range from small brackets to large structural assemblies for automotive and industrial applications.
Tube Bending
Soco RC50NC CNC tube bender handles diameters up to 50.8mm with 0.1 degree accuracy. Specialising in complex bends for access platforms, vehicle conversions, and industrial equipment. Capable of producing 8 bends per component with consistent repeatability for production runs.
Prototyping
Specialist in automotive prototypes including Land Rover and Vauxhall conversion components. Our 3D modelling and rapid iteration capabilities support design validation and production readiness. Combines machining, fabrication, and assembly under one roof for accelerated development cycles.
