Welcome to Bournemouth Park Bowling Club
Bournemouth Park Bowling Club (BPBC) was established in 1907 by Mr G Larman as an exclusive club for business gentlemen. Since November 2021, we have evolved into a mixed club welcoming both male and female members. Our club offers a range of playing and social memberships, with opportunities to participate in annual competitions, one-day events, and local league fixtures. We host regular social activities including short mat, snooker, and darts from October to April. Our facilities include a kitchen and dedicated rinks for competitive and recreational play. With a rich history spanning over a century, we pride ourselves on fostering community engagement through bowls and related activities. Our team of experienced volunteers maintains our traditions while embracing modern inclusivity. We participate in regional associations including the Southend & District Bowling Association and Essex County Bowling Association. Our annual calendar features prestigious events like the Cutler Shield and Centenary Cup. We actively encourage new members, particularly ladies interested in bowls, to join our welcoming community.
