What are the lead times for glass orders?
Lead times are estimates as glass bending can sometimes cause delays. Please allow flexibility when planning deliveries.
How will my glass order be delivered?
Deliveries are made on SGP vehicles where possible, using wooden A-frames for forklift unloading. Special requirements must be specified at quotation stage.
Are spontaneous glass breakages covered by warranty?
Spontaneous breakages due to nickel sulphide inclusions are not covered by warranty, even after heat soak testing.
How should glass be stored before installation?
Store glass vertically on edges with wooden spacers in dry conditions to prevent staining and impact damage.
What maintenance is required for installed glass?
Clean regularly with our specialist glass cleaner. Avoid abrasive or oil-based cleaning products.
