shopped at Volcano Jewellery for many years, shame the shop isn't open anymore & it's online only I orderd a pair of earrings online 21.03.22, they were posted to my address needing a signature, I wasn't in when delivered so they were taken back to depo, I am still waiting for them to be redelivered.It would have been easier for me to collect them in person as they were only posted 3 miles away from my addres. Just a suggestion would it not be easier to offer collection for items in future as i would definitely carry on shopping at Volcano.

I Have recently ordered a few items for birthday presents and couldn't be happier and they came so quickly. I Have always had such a positive enjoyable experience shopping with volcano, both in store and online. Your spoilt for choice with a wide range of beautiful jewellery from plain silver to the most unique stones and designs, always finding something within your price range! For me it's so important to shop local and what a joy it is to support this shop which has been running independently for over 30 years!! Thank you to the people at volcano.
