How long does a typical project take?
Most projects take 7-14 days from templating to installation. We confirm timelines during the consultation and keep clients informed of progress to ensure timely completion.
Can I visit your showroom?
Yes, our Oxford showroom is open Monday-Thursday 8:30am-4pm, Friday 8:30am-3pm, and Saturday 8:30am-12:00pm. Appointments are recommended for weekends and bank holidays.
Do you offer supply-only services?
Yes, we supply materials for self-installation. We require accurate templates or drawings and provide guidance on handling and finishing to ensure successful DIY projects.
How do you ensure quality control?
All projects are manufactured in-house with a focus on precision. Our team uses specialist sealants and conducts final inspections to meet our high standards before installation or collection.

OSM suggested an unusual colour that just works SO well in my kitchen. Careful workers installed the worktops - which wasn't easy in an old cottage with wonky walls.
