Blast-Resistant Doorsets
Our blast doors are engineered to withstand extreme pressures from 2 to 15 Bar, incorporating finite element analysis and third-party verified designs. Constructed with reinforced steel and fragmentation protection, these doors maintain operational integrity post-blast while providing fire resistance. Applications include petrochemical facilities, military installations, and nuclear sites requiring simultaneous blast and security protection.
Nuclear-Qualified Systems
QC Grade 1 certified doorsets designed for nuclear safety cases, including seismic calculations and radiation shielding. These systems meet ASME NQA-1 standards with full traceability documentation, supporting reactor containment, waste storage, and weapons facility applications through rigorous testing and analysis.
Offshore Protection Solutions
Fully seal-welded stainless steel doors tested to IMO standards for offshore environments. Available in A0-A60 fire ratings and 3 Bar blast resistance, these systems incorporate corrosion-resistant hardware and ATEX-certified power operation for oil platforms and marine vessels operating in harsh climatic conditions.
High-Security Doorsets
CPNI and LPS-rated doors for government and critical infrastructure, featuring multi-layer protection against ballistic, forced entry, and surreptitious attacks. Custom configurations include anti-piracy shutters, electromagnetic sealing, and integrated access control systems for MoD sites and nuclear weapon facilities.
Project Engineering
End-to-end engineering support using AutoDesk and ANSYS software for mechanical, structural, and EC&I disciplines. Services include FE analysis, BIM Level 2 integration, and bespoke calculations for blast, thermal, and acoustic performance, ensuring compliance with BS EN 1090-2 and CDM regulations.
