Established in 2007, P & M Enterprises has over 15 years of experience supporting young people who find mainstream education challenging. Our two centres in Witham and Harlow provide alternative education to learners across Mid, North, and West Essex, as well as parts of Cambridgeshire and Hertfordshire. We are committed to helping learners fulfill their potential, regardless of background or life circumstances, by offering a supportive learning environment tailored to individual needs. Our vocational courses combine practical skills development with emotional and behavioural support, preparing students for further education, employment, or training. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards in teaching, tools, and materials, ensuring a quality educational experience.

Our team of qualified instructors holds industry-recognised trade qualifications and teaching accreditations, reflecting our dedication to expertise and professionalism. We partner with local authorities and schools to deliver accessible, career-focused training, including construction, hair and beauty, motor vehicle systems, and functional skills in English and mathematics. Our facilities feature state-of-the-art classrooms, workshops, and IT resources, all designed to enhance learning outcomes. We actively support unemployed individuals through funded training opportunities, enabling them to gain qualifications and transition into the construction industry.
