From design and development to procurement, installation, testing, and failure analysis, we have pioneered innovative solutions for challenging offshore environments, including deepwater oilfield developments off Brazil. As technology-neutral practitioners, we adopt a rigorous root-to-branch approach to technology qualification, assessing components from fibre/yarn level to fully coupled global structural analyses. Our expertise spans yarns, fibres, synthetic ropes, chains, cables, umbilicals, elastomers, rope interfacing systems, riser protection nets, and forensic analysis.

Our group includes TTI Testing Ltd, operating a state-of-the-art materials testing laboratory in Wallingford, and TTI Marine Renewables Ltd, focusing on offshore renewables since 2015. We develop OPTIMOOR, a world-leading ship mooring analysis software, and maintain expertise in industry-standard platforms like Orcaflex and HydroSTAR. Active in shaping industry standards through participation in OCIMF, DNV, and IEC, we publish technical papers and contribute to global seminars, combining decades of experience with cutting-edge tools to address marine engineering challenges.
