Laser Cutting
Our laser cutting services utilise advanced 9 kW and 4 kW systems for intricate profiles in metals up to 25 mm thick. Automated load/unload systems ensure efficiency, while eliminating tool witness marks for superior finishes. Ideal for complex designs requiring high accuracy.
CNC Punching
CNC punching combines high-speed automated processes with manual options for internal apertures, threaded holes, and directional forms. Our Amada EML 2515 AJ system delivers precision for both small components and large-scale production runs.
Powder Coating
Our automated Gema powder coating system offers eco-reclaim functionality and colour matching in RAL, BS, or Pantone. Dual Opticentres enable rapid colour changes, ensuring durable, high-quality finishes for large projects.
Welding
TBE's fabrication shop includes 13 MIG, TIG, and laser welding bays, alongside four spot welding machines. Our skilled team ensures structural integrity and precision for both small and large-scale assemblies.
Assembly
We provide full assembly services, including vinyl application, PAT testing, and fitting. Dedicated spaces and automated systems ensure seamless integration of components for final product readiness.
