Musicians & Bands in Sheffield

The LPs have performed at too many venues to list. The South Yorkshire Police Band is a traditional British Brass Band located in Brass Band heartland of Yorkshire. Its main role is to perform at community events in and around Barnsley, Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield however the band travels further a field to perform at virtually any musical event.

Caddam Wood is a four piece band, located in Sheffield. We play for barn dances, weddings, birthday parties, fund raisers, plus any other celebrations where country dancing is part of a fun and enjoyable evening. We mainly play for bookings in the South Yorkshire area, plus Derbyshire, and North Nottinghamshire.

The Band began life as FEEL THIS, the very 1st line up being (left to right) Simon Woolley on Bass, Steve French Vocals and Lead Guitar, Andy Ryder on Rhythm Guitar and Francis Lamb on Drums. The band almost called themselves Ryder French Woolley Lamb but with little deliberation that idea was soon chopped.
