Mary Grove was born and raised in Exeter and her interest in complementary therapies started as a teenager when she became dissatisfied with conventional medicine to treat a number of complaints. At this time she began experiencing various complementary therapies and buying and using essential oils.

For many years I have had a keen interst in Sport and Fitness. After picking up a running injury and having Sports Massage treatment, I found this really effective in aiding my recovery, so I decided to train in Sports Massage on a part time basis.
