My name is Carol Bartram and I live in Hull, East Yorkshire, UK. I am 43 years old and have a passion for individual fitness. I'm a qualified Personal Trainer and Pilates Instructor. I have spent the last 9 years since the birth of my daughter trying to lose weight and regain my pre-pregnancy shape. This aim has been achieved and I now spend my time helping others do the same thing! Not just women of course)Unlike a wealth of fitness specialists who have never had a weight or fitness problem (Lucky people) I fully understand what it is like to be overweight, unfit and trying to juggle demands of work and family.
