You'll see the sheep grazing on our paddocks in and around Balsham. Our grass is clover rich which means that we only use a very tiny amount of nitrogen to make grass grow. This is because clover is a legume that produces nitrogen fixing nodules. We have herbs in the grass mix's which assists to provide the animals natural minerals and natural wormers which means that we do not need to use medicines very often. Our cattle are grazed on the same paddocks. These will be available in the shop later in the year.
