Yelverton Properties was established in 1999 previously being part of a family run property firm originally established in the 1930's. The firm was historically located in Devon and now has a main office in Watford and a development staff located in Exeter. It owns in excess of 40 properties predominantly in the retail and roadside sectors from Inverness in the N to Newquay in Cornwall in the S, Kings Lynn in the E to Aberystwyth in the W.
