To help triage patients, our receptionists will ask screening questions and request details about the reason for your call. Appointments will generally be via telephone/video consultations, only if needed and safe will you be asked to attend the surgery after a GP telephone triage call. The practice will continue to have processes to ensure childhood immunisations, cervical smears and other essential care continues.
read moreFrom 10th of September 2020, patients will not be able to place repeat or any prescription requests via telephone. This process is kept in place to ensure that there is audit trail of patient requests for the medications. Also we request all our patients to call for any prescription related queries only after 11:00AM everyday. Any calls received before 11:00AM for prescriptions related queries will not be processed. This process is put in place to ensure that appointments and prescription related work loads are properly managed.
