We at Windhorse Publications base our work on the Buddha's teaching of Right Livelihood - an ethical and creative approach to work. Besides being aware of the impact of our business on the world around us, we care about the effect that work has on us. Which means we attempt to include all of our staff in key decision making. We receive money according to our requirements, not as a reflection of the job we do. And as our staff is made up of practising Buddhists, we include time for study, rituals, and meditation in our work schedule (not to mention the odd afternoon tea in the garden!
