Hi welcome to my site. I hope you enjoy browsing through these pages and joining me on a journey into looking and feeling nice! Let me 1st tell you a little about myself-I became involved in the fitness industry in 1990 when I opened a tiny gym on the grounds of a huge comprehensive school called Lyndon School in solihull. After a short time I was asked by the head and governers of the school if I would become part of the P. E Dept and teach fitness related sport to year 10 and 11 pupils. In 1992 I joined the P. E dept and included gym, and sports conditioning into the school curiculum.
