Bad experience
We've used White & Co twice and had a bad experience both times. Only use them if you do not care when and in what condition your items arrive. We've lost jewellery, had stuff broken, the door was hanging off of our crate and our boxes were badly damaged. It also arrived a lot later than we were lead to believe. Friends of ours have had similar experiences. Value for Money

Excellent service
Five out of five stars from me. Excellent service from the first contact to when they left us in our new home. Telephone communications always polite and helpful, the online video tour of our old house was done via video call and worked well in lockdown. Their range of boxes that we could use were of great quality, and the removal service itself went without a hitch. All employees on our removal day were kind and down to earth. If we ever moved again (which I vow never to do!) we would choose White & Company PLC in a heartbeat. Value for Money
