This will involve prior details of materials to be used being issued to conservation for them to confirm that these are in line with their requirements and meet the regulations of conservation. In some instances where plastic now a days is classed as ideal replacement sometimes timber has still to be used.

It can be applied under practically any conditions, including cold days above 0C and on moist surfaces (7% or less). Hydrostop AH-25 is fast-curing and easy to apply. Its superior performance makes it ideal for any small scale, large commercial, new build or refurbishment projects.

read moreBrick re-pointing work is also undertaken and we can either patch up small areas of brickwork or whole scale re-pointing. Combined with our brick clean service we can make brickwork look as good as new. We offer a variety of pointing styles and always offer samples prior to works commencing. Removal of the old mortar is carried out using an angle grinder fitted with a 5 diamond disc. From areas behind pipes and hard to get to places mortar is remove using a hammer and chisel. Once grinding is complete all debris is cleaned up and disposed of, before all elevations are hosed down ready for re-pointing.
