David himself is also still very much evident today, as he can often be found in the workshop either working or sharing his expertise with the team! Both traditional methods and modern equipment combine at Victorian Fireplaces to create some of the finest fireplace surrounds and mantels available.

read moreIn the rare event that an item arrives faulty or damaged please contact our Customer Service department on 01522 569641 or victorianfireplaces@outlook.com during normal working hours (Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm). If you receive your fireplace and are not completely happy with it you can return it within 7 days, however we will try our very best to try and offer you an alternative exchange as we want you to be 100% happy. If for any reason your fireplace order isn't suitable when it arrives in your home, our drivers will take it away free of charge as long as you inform them before they leave.

We only entrust your fireplace to the very best courier companies, and we aim to delivery as quickly as possible. Order cancellations received after the order has left our warehouse but before delivery has been attempted will incur a 95.00 fee to return the goods to our warehouse.
