read moreWe do our best to provide same day delivery if they are received by 1pm GMT, orders received after this time will be delivered the next working day. In an emergency it is worth ringing the shop on 0121 7455847 to see if a delivery can be made at a later time. We cannot specify specific delivery times unless it is for a funeral, but will do our best to help with a A.M. or P.M. delivery. Should you need a special time for delivery please ring to confirm as we can sometimes arrange a courier at an extra charge.

We are happy to take contactless deliveries from now on over the telephone or on line during this difficult time. The shop will hopefully be open to the public (along with Government guidelines) around the 15th June but as we are all trying to stay a safe distance we can only have 2 people in at a time and may ask you to wait outside till a member of staff is free.
