read moreIf you have a pet, always check first before arranging a viewing that the landlord will accept pets to avoid wasting your time. Usually a higher deposit will be required for a pet but the maximum that can be charged, as per the Tenant Fees Act 2019, is the equivalent of 5 weeks' rent. All of our rental properties require a Holding Deposit equivalent to 1 week's rent to secure the property if you want to proceed with an application. The Tenant is entitled for this Holding Deposit to be repaid within 15 calendar days of their application proceeding.
