Excellent service! Called late at night and they came early the next morning. Jonny was very helpful and managed to clear the drain when another company had failed. He also used his camera for diagnosis. I would definitely recommend!

What a relief. Found sewage coming from my outdoor drain between Christmas and New Year, thought I'd never get it sorted quickly or that it would cost me a ridiculous amount. Rung VDS and spoke to Jonathan, unbelievably he came out immediately and sorted the problem. He also gave me helpful advice for the future and charged a reasonable amount. Had an issue with a blocked gully. Called Vantage and they came out the same day. Arrived on time and quickly found the root cause of the issue. Then checked other drains and found more issues which were quickly resolved along with a flush of the system. Highly recommended.

Fantastic Quick Amiable Service. I called the landline, and it was busy. However, I instantly got a call back from Jonathan's mobile number, and he was currently available at that time; he arrived at my location within 10 minutes. Once he arrived, he quickly inspected and unblocked the drainage immediately. Johnathan also used a household item to cover the drainage, preventing large solid particles from blocking the drainage as the existing drainage cover grill did not do a decent job. Johnathan patiently waited 10 minutes while I checked the drainage thoroughly; he then reassured me that the drainage was unblocked, and he said, "if there are any issues, call me back within a week, free of charge". Vantage Drain Service = Highly recommended - Based in Halifax. They go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

Impressed by Vantage Drain Services. Made a call this morning and arranged a same day appointment to clear a blocked gully. Very reasonable rates, turned up exactly when promised and got the job done quickly and without fuss. Would definitely use again, and it's great to have a local firm on my doorstep who I can rely on.

Honest advice, reliable workmen, excellent results. Needed to stop my drain backing up, was shown all the faults in the 100 year old drains with the camera and advised on how to replace this for the best outcome. Turned up the following Monday to start work. Dealt with all the usual problems that cropped up around a century-old property and now have a much better drainage system for both waste and ground water. Really pleased with the finished article, would highly recommend to anyone for drainage and groundworks.

Had a blockage on the outside drain that had the kitchen sink, washer and guttering flowing through. A very stubborn block which can only be from decades of build up that was overflowing on the drive and causing us issues. It was a Saturday afternoon and after calling VDS he promptly arrived with the van fully kitted out ready to go. He got stuck in, no messing around and managed to make a clearing and drain the overflow.

He went the extra miles to ensure there would no build up after it had been cleared. Obviously knowledgable in what he doing, experienced and was able to explain the issue and future prevention. Definitely recommend and would use VDS again, massive thanks for doing this work, cheers!

Excellent service! VDS came out the within an hour to unblock my overflowing drain which hadn't been cleaned in years. I cant fault the service at all, neither can i fault the friendly proffesional chap who came to do the job who gave a very reasonable quote! I would, and already recommended this service to my friends and family.
