Val Tierney Upholstery is a family run upholstery business, first established in 1985 and based at our current premises on Regent Road, Kettering, Northamptonshire since 1990. We take great pride in all of our work and are one of the few traditional upholsterers to have a retail showroom and workshop both on the same site.

read moreWe disgarded our customers old loose covers on her pair of Wing Chairs and reupholstered them in Ross Herringbone Mint. Our customer wanted to breathe new life into their dated Regency suite. So they chose a beautiful small woven design by Romo, from their "Orton" range, called Hennell Turtle Dove. On the outside back they used a contrast pattern from the same range, called Odell Turtle Dove. Finished with a grey braid the effect was understated Elegance! Our customer chose a bold Liberty's cotton print to totally update a favourite sofa sofa that had been in her family for years!
